Costs & placement
Does it cost my business anything?
For approved locations, there is no equipment purchase or placement fee. Ask about any location-specific responsibilities, including electrical access, before placement is agreed.
Is there a contract?
We review the placement agreement, duration, and any ending or removal terms with you before installation. No placement fee does not mean there is no agreement.
How many people or how much traffic do we need?
Every location is different. Share your usual daily attendance, visitors, and opening hours so we can evaluate the location rather than guess.
Who pays for electricity?
Electrical access and responsibility are confirmed in the placement arrangement. Energy use varies by machine, so ask for equipment-specific information rather than relying on a general estimate.
How quickly can you install?
Timing depends on site approval, equipment availability, and delivery access. We confirm an installation plan after reviewing your location.
How much space does a machine need?
Space, power, ventilation, and service clearance vary by equipment. We confirm the exact requirements during the site assessment.
Can you provide insurance information?
Ask us about the insurance documentation and site requirements your building needs. Coverage and responsibilities should be confirmed before placement.
Do you have a location partner program?
Ask about our location partner program during your consultation. We discuss details directly with qualified location partners.
Restocking
How often are machines restocked?
Restocking is planned around usage and inventory monitoring. We discuss service needs for your location and adjust the mix as we learn what people buy.
Maintenance
What if a machine breaks or a purchase fails?
Call or text (770) 648-3584 and include the location, machine, time, item, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details. We review the issue and any refund request.
Can you replace our current vendor?
We can discuss a replacement setup. First review your current agreement and coordinate removal so the location is ready for a new placement.
Payments
Which payment types are accepted?
Our cashless-ready machines support credit and debit cards, tap, and mobile payment options. Check the reader at your machine for the payment methods available there.
Products
Can we request products or healthier options?
Yes. Share preferred snacks and drinks, including water, bars, nuts, popcorn, or lower-sugar options. Selection depends on availability, compatibility, and customer demand. Check packaging for nutrition and allergens.
